Delicious quick breakfast muffins, which can be modified as desired.
Ingredients:
300g spelt flour or other
1 tablespoon of agave syrup or other
1 packet of baking powder (1 tablespoon)
1/4 teaspoon salt
250ml milk
3 tablespoons of oil
1 or 2 eggs
1 large carrot grated
slightly the same amount of cheese grated
3 tablespoons coarsely chopped walnuts
Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients, fill into a muffin tin (dough does not rise very much, so the forms can be made almost full) and bake at 170 degrees Celsius convection oven for 20 minutes. The muffins taste very good hot and cold. We like them with some soy sauce mixed with a few drops of sesame oil.
With this recipe there are no limits to your imagination. Try out what you like and what you like.
