Cottage Creme buns filled

Carrots, onions, herbs, 2 teaspoons cream cheese, 1 teaspoon turmeric salt, pepper = sauté in the pan.
–> 100g Gouda (add later)

Stir dough: 200g cottage cheese low fat (quark) 4 tablespoons oil 6 tablespoons of milk 1 egg a bit of salt 275g of flour 2 teaspoons of baking powder.

Roll out the dough (needs a lot of flour / is very fluffy), place the filling and cheese in the middle and form into a bun. Brush with egg yolk.
Bake at 200 degrees top / bottom heat for 20 minutes.
